2. Account Registration

3. Payments and Billing

4. Renewals

5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Certain products, including domain registrations, software licenses, setup fees, and other non-refundable services, may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
- Spam or unsolicited email.
- Phishing or identity theft.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious software.
- Unauthorized access or hacking.
- Hosting illegal content.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation.
- Terrorist or extremist content.
- Operating botnets.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by your service plan.
- Activities that interfere with the stability or security of our network.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
7. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or host. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Backups
Unless your plan specifically includes managed backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may offer backup services, restoration cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
9. Resource Usage
Customers must use system resources fairly. We may limit, suspend, or terminate services that consume excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, GPU resources, or otherwise negatively affect the stability of our infrastructure.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Fail to pay invoices.
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
- Present a security risk to our network.
- Use services for illegal purposes.
Where practical, we may provide notice before suspension, but we reserve the right to act immediately when necessary to protect our systems, customers, or legal obligations.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, network issues, hardware failures, software bugs, and events beyond our control may affect availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flarelax Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flarelax Technologies, its employees, directors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
